At 15 people, Blue Ridge Group is a relatively small agency compared to those in larger markets. However, for us, our size is perfect: large enough to have our own designers, writers, art directors, public relations specialists, and account managers on staff, yet small enough to work fluidly as a team on every project. When we need to harness skills outside the office, we have longstanding relationships with the professional photographers, printers, and television production houses in the area. We produce work that is on time and on budget, thanks to the account management team whose job it is to make sure we meet these goals every time.
